Zenith For Her (“we”, “us”) provides personal coaching for training, nutrition and weekly check-ins. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use zen4her.co.uk and when you book or buy via our booking site zenforher.co.uk.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, message content).
- Booking and purchase details when you use zenforher.co.uk (handled by Squarespace and its payment providers).
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and approximate location from server logs and security tools.
- Usage analytics (page views, referrers) if Jetpack Stats or similar is enabled.
- Coaching information you choose to share during programmes (training notes, check-ins, preferences).
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver coaching (contract / legitimate interests).
- To take bookings and payments via Squarespace (contract).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests).
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site (legitimate interests). You can object to analytics — email us.
- Where required by law.
Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies for security and site operation. Jetpack (Automattic) may set cookies for stats, protection and CDN. Squarespace sets its own cookies on zenforher.co.uk when you book. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.
Who we share with
- IONOS — website hosting.
- Automattic / Jetpack — CDN, security, stats and related WordPress services.
- Squarespace — booking and shop on zenforher.co.uk (and their payment processors).
- Professional advisers or authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Automattic or Squarespace) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens they use approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after the last contact unless we need them longer for a live programme or legal claim. Coaching records: for the programme plus up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to keep a summary. Booking/payment records follow Squarespace and UK tax retention rules. Server and security logs: typically 30–90 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to certain processing. Email jake@thesnake.io. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Children
This site and our coaching are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
